HISTORY

Pioneer Machine & Tool Co. was founded in 1953 by Mr. George Czuzak and he had a vision of building a full service manufacturing facility, filled with state of the art equipment and the best people in the business. His dream quickly became reality in 1956 when George had a modern 20,000 square foot building built in Maple Shade, New Jersey. 

Pioneer Machine & Tool Co. and George Czuzak directly contributed to the Apollo Missions by supporting the manufacturing needs of the NASA engineers. He also became an approved vendor for Westinghouse, RCA, GE, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman and supported the Air Force, Navy, Army and Marines, providing critical fabricated military commodities.

On one Saturday afternoon George took his young sons to the shop and with great pride would show them the parts and assemblies he made for the Apollo Space Mission. This was a day his sons will never forget.

George Czuzak’s pride and dedication for the pursuit of perfection, in both product and services, has proven to be a lasting culture at Pioneer Machine & Tool Co, over the years.

Today Pioneer Machine & Tool Co. is proudly managed by his son Michael Czuzak, President.  Michael continues to carry on the family tradition of pride and the quest for perfection on a daily basis.
